Convert rest of bots polling PRs and Issues to use new pollers

      With the new poller introduced in SKARA-1565, we can start converting bots to use it. I initially included the CSRBot in SKARA-1565, but I think it would be better to separate that change out, as it got more complicated than first anticipated. Now that the PullRequestPoller and IssuePoller have been around for a bit, it's time to introduce them in more bots.
