Consider this PR https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/10982 which saw a lot of review comments. GitHub UI in such cases hides a lot of comments. Users have to click on "Load more..." to show those hidden comments. Even then it doesn't show all the hidden comments, instead you have to keep clicking it multiple times to see the comments.

In such PRs, it becomes difficult to find the comment which includes links to webrev links.
It would help if the bot addded a link to the webrev comment, in the PR description body itself.
