Not all users of the new maintainer approval requirement fit well with the usage of the Skara /approval command. To avoid confusion in those cases, we should add a configuration option for hiding any bot messaging that mentions it.

We could also consider changing the messaging more. The term "maintainer approval" may also need to be configurable to fit better in other contexts.
