In SKARA-2089, we made skara bot be able to alert the users when the fixVersion in the bug differs from the fixVersion in .jcheck/conf, thereby preventing the creation of unwanted backports.
However, currently, skara bot puts this warning message in the bug list in the PR body and sometimes the users miss this warning.
To make it more eye-catching, this warning should be changed to a comment in PR
