When using the Skara /backport commit command, Skara will cherry pick the change into a branch in its personal fork of the target repo based off of the target branch. If there are conflicts then Skara informs the user that it cannot do the backport and lists the files in conflict. In case the target repo is unrelated to the source repo, all files will be in conflict, and Skara's instructions as to how to manually handle it will be misleading. It would be more helpful in that case for Skara to say that the target repo is unrelated to the source repo.
