A Backport-Style PR is one whose title is "Backport LONGCOMMITHASH". After matching the commit hash, Skara changes the title to match the original bug ID and title, and records the fact that it is a backport and the hash. If the PR author later changes the PR title to point to a different bug ID, Skara continues to treat it as a backport-style PR and will record the hash of the formerly associated bug in the commit message. This seems wrong, and can be confusing.
