We have an issue with CSR flagging in OpenJDK 8u. Example pull request is:

There is a CSR for version '8-pool' here which is approved:
https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8332812

Yet, the PR is still flagged with:

Change requires a CSR request matching fixVersion openjdk8u432 to be approved (needs to be created)
"""

It's not clear what's up. Is there a way to teach the bot where the CSR is?
