Please create a blank new repo on Github to use for the `apidiff` project. This will be a squashed copy of the code currently under my name on OraHub.

The general characteristics of the repo should be similar to the `openjdk/jtreg` repo. Like `jtreg`, `apidiff` will be a member of the OpenJDK CodeTools family of repos.
