Currently, we need to check whether the copyrights years in comments at the top of our files are up-to-date manually, ex :

 * Copyright (c) 2014, 2023, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.

This could be made automatic by enhancing jcheck, or adding another standalone github check.
