The list of maintainers for 11u and 11u-dev has changed since SKARA-2041. Christoph Langer & Goetz Lindenmaier have retired and Andrew Hughes has been added as an additional maintainer.

Please update the Skara configuration so the appropriate set of people can use the /approve command. Thanks.
