A PR was marked as ready even though jcheck reported an error:

"<bugid> is used in problem lists: [jdk/test/ProblemList.txt]"

In this particular case, the user add activated "auto", which caused the bot to repeatedly try to "/integrate" and then telling itself it couldn't because of jcheck.
