JDK-8343546 added the feature to cache the GHA dependencies by running the dry-run job in "master" branch. This will work only when the "master" branch is periodically fetched from upstream *and pushed* to remote.

Unfortunately, I see that openjdk-bots/* repositories do not do it, so their GHA caches are always overloaded and populated with lots of cruft from `/backport` commands. See for example:

It would be good if bots sync their openjdk-bots masters every so often to get the master-branch caches going. It would be nice to do it across all repositories, so that eventual backports of JDK-8343546 work give the benefit right away.
