When issuing the /backport <repo> command to SKARA on the commit page, the emails generated could benefit from a better subject title.

The subject has no reference to the target repo to where the backport is requested to go to. For engineers working on multiple repo targets, the emails are hard to filter on.

current format of email subject is :

<src-repo> | <bugID>: <bug desc>.. (<commit hash>)

it would be good to have the subject include the target repo.
