To reduce the manual/administrative overhead for really small changes that are often found/made during a larger effort but are not really part of the main implementation (e.g. dead code removed or a correction to a misleading comment), support for a "fast-track" scenario would be a great feature.

The PR work-flow supported by Skara (with additional email and CS interaction) already do alleviate some of the burden but we could make this even more seamless by auto-generating the RFE from the CS itself as you make a PR (but only for those really small/minor/trivial changes).
