After pushing a rebased version of my PR after a review (https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/108) the incremental webrev (https://openjdk.github.io/cr/?repo=jdk&pr=108&range=00-01) is mostly broken.

Not sure the rebase push is the cause, it may also be a follow-up issue of SKARA-595 (i.e. when updating an already somewhat broken webrev).

The front page with the TOC of the webrev shows up, but the linked files contain lots of "undefined" (cdiffs, patch) or a completely empty (udiff, sdiff, frames) or show a "404: Not found" (old). "Raw" and "new" views seem good.
