I believe it is the agreement in many projects to have PRs linger for at least 24 hours before pushing to get reviewers a chance to look at the changes. The exception from this rule are so called "trivial" changes.

Maybe Skara should have the pre-integration check that 24 hours passed since the first changeset in PR, and something that might override that check, e.g. "/trivial"?

Some projects might need to opt-out of this.
