After users create a PR, they get an empty main comment that is supposed to be filled by them with an explanation of the fix.

It's tricky to edit it while Skara is running in the background updating the same comment on its own, causing the users to have to cancel their edit, then reload and try edit it again, hoping to finish it before Skara.

It's quite annoying to have to compete with Skara over who gets to finish updating the comment first.
