    Description

      This was reported every 10m today until it instead seem to have gotten stuck with:

      Item RepositoryWorkItem@openjdk/jdk15u-dev has been active more than PT30M22.302910728S - this may be an error!

      I believe this is the cause for the issue reported in
      https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/SKARA-920?focusedCommentId=14409817&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-14409817
