The new labelsync bot is mislabeling a few bugs still. It seems it's not taking the resolution into account when figuring out which bugs should get the hgupdate-sync label. From comment in SKARA-883:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8235829
This is a new situation not described in the spec.
fixVersion 11.0.11-oracle Won't Fix
fixVersion 11.0.12-oracle Fixed
The 11.0.12-oracle should not have the label as the 11.0.11-oracle was closed as Won't Fix.
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8209901
This looks like the bot is including Rejected and Withdrawn instead of only accepting Fixed resolution. Similar toJDK-8235829
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8213738
Another instance of the bot reacting to Won't Fix as if the bug was fixed.
