Tests within a specified directory may not be run if the are not accepted by the various enabled test filters. In this case, it would be good to augment the status with a reason based on the description provided by the filter.
For example:
Not Run. Test rejected by keyword filter
Not Run. Test rejected by exclude list filter
The corollary is (should be) that the reason will then show up in the reports generated by JT Harness, and in the report/text/summary.txt file in particular.
