detailed report about excluded, not run, etc. tests

      Depending on configuration TCK may run different number of tests:
      - some can be not selected due to configuration setting
      - some tests can be skipped by TckScript (ex: via selectIf)
      - some can be excluded
      etc.
      As result users are not sure if they run all required tests or missed some important ones.
      Hopefully some improvement in report can help with that.
