After discussion with Vita and BalaChandra, it was decided there is

"no need to verify fixes synced from 6u19-rev into 6u21. " and "The bugs can be closed as UnVerified, but document in Comments that verification happened before fwd port in a rev."

So marking this bug Status as Closed and substatus as UnVerified since the verification has already happened in the earlier revision.
