      - Calendar needs a static final to indicate the last field.

      - Need API on Calendar to pick Gregorian vs Traditional
      calendars, and information in the locale to indicate which
      is the default. Need additional traditional
      calendars: Japanese, Arabic Lunar, Hebrew Lunar, Thai.
