An API is required on the JToolBar to show/hide Labels, Icons and ToolTips of the buttons and other components added to the toolbar. It should be setable
thru JToolBar constructor as well as thru an explicit method call. Also, it
should default to -

Icon - show
Label - don't show
ToolTips - show

Should be configurable thru user preference setting/Java desktop.
