JDK1.1.6H with HJV1.1.1 could not start up on win32 platform

        When I start HJV on Japanese NT4.0, (I set JDK_HOME=c:\jdk) HJV1.1.1
        displays the warning dialog then hangs.

        I verfied the problem never happened with JDK1.1.5 and JDK1.1.4.

I did not switch Views binary, only switched JDK. So I think
the problem exists in JDK.

I verified this problem with JDK116M and with both HJV1.1.1 and HJV1.1.2

With the same JDK build, HJV1.1.1 views.exe or views_g.exe launched OK but missing other features (only browser exists)

I switched to HJV1.1.2 views.exe, it launched without any problems. All features exists.
