We have a JApplet that has a JTextField and JPasswordField on it (for logging
in purposes). Running in HotJava 1.1.3 - if we minimize the browser for 45
seconds or more, and then maximize the browser, the textfields will no longer
accept input. It seems like after a while they will accept input. The time
it takes for the input to be accepted seems to vary. Same kind of thing when
you switch workspaces in the CDE environment.
We have seen this on other applets using swing, where if you minimize the applet
for a while, the applet won't respond to input. After a while it will, but
performance seems to degenerate.
All the applets are JApplets.
