SMC can't accept Chinese input.

Enviroment:
smc version: build11a
SMC server: Runing Solaris 2.7.
SMC client: Runing Solaris 2.6.
Reproduction:
on client machine:
  1. launch smc(using /usr/sbin/smc) and log in.
2. Click menu Console->Add Application.
3. Foucus on "Application Name" text field and switch to Chinese
input method. Input any Chinese word.
It can't be accepted.
