JTextArea and JTextField has input method problem in zh locale.

      In this build (1.2fcs-H), JTextArea and JTextField has input method problem
      in Solaris 2.6 & 2.7 in zh locale. Most times, we can not switch to
      Chinese input method in JTextArea and JTextField.
      Attached is a program to reproduce it.
