The font used for menu bars, buttons, tabs, ... is incorrect (too large). I believe that MS uses the MS Sans Serif font for this, not the system font. Again, this is user configurable but the default should look closer to the one on Win95. We know that fonts have always been limited in AWT but we don't know why this important issue has not been fixed at least minimally by now.
