OS : 95 (DX6) with Plus pack.
video : ATI's RAGEII (My machine) & Matrox Millennium (Visual Lab:Techpub)

app : Java2Demo & SwingSet & applets (anywhere there is repainting)
(Simple example: plasma. Place cursor on top of plasma)
soft cursors makes java miss paint and leaves garbage where ever the cursor was on the app.
S3 Trio64 (Visual Lab: Testblue) does not exhibit this problem.
Did not test on NT with Plus pack since there is no offical Plus pack for NT. However, it is provided in MSDN as a AS IS product.
NOTE: With the Plus pack installed but reverting back to Windows' default cursors do not exhibit this problem.
