On Windows 98 with JDK1.2 Production Release there is a display problem.
When running a GUI applet or application, the screen foobars at a mouse click/movement. This does not happen on solaris JDK1.2 Production release.
I've tried running it in appletviewer, netscape, and explorer, I get the same results.
The only thing that seems to fix it is to let my Screen Saver, screen blank come on. I'm talking about in Properties->Screen Saver tab, set it to blank screen.
After the blank screen comes on, the applet/application does not foobar the screen.
When I say foobar, I mean when you click on a component and move the mouse around after is puts squares and other gui blemishes.
