3D shading on Swing's tab seems to be off by a pixel

Build : 'F' (EngBuild 26-May..ok, 27-May failed)
OS : all platforms
app : Java2Demo

See attached jpg's to see the difference. Was able to narrow it down to the builds mentioned above. It looks as though in 27-May build the pixels that produce the 3D effect in the tabs and the brush stroke around the "Texture Chooser" are off by a pixel width compared to the 26-May build.
