Drawing a rect with 1.0 pixel width always gets drawn at least 2 pixels wide.

      Although it happens on any app calling to draw a Rect. An exemplary testcase is the Java2Demo's Fonts.Highlighting. The rect around the fonts should be 1 pixel thick. Instead, it's 2 pixels thick.
