Logging onto the local console (physically located at the computer) and running
Java app, you get black boxes that may or may not go away when the dialogs come
up for the application. If you select a field, it turns black or the
tool tips may turn black, or selecting a menu item will cause a black box.
Also, just moving around the dialog will create black rectangle. Minimizing
the dialog and then restoring it will clear the dialog most of the time.
I can telnet to this machine and export the display and run the same apps with
no problems. When running the apps from the command line I don't get any
messages saying it can't allocate a color so its not a color problem. The
problem seems to only happen on the local console and java based apps.
