The performance is significantly decreased in Kestrel because of DIB cache fault. The GDI drawing mechanizm used to have cache of DIBs, which are in use.
This mechanizm was turned off because of in certain cases invalid data
appeared from the cache.
Compatibility bugs (##4209836,4181832,4180828,4179951) appeared due to incorect cache behavior. After disabeling the cache, performance went down. Bug #4269651
appears for this reason.
