1. Install JPI1.3 onto NT 4 and with I.E3 (french locale).

2. Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel
Demarrer, Parametres, Panneau de Configuration.

3. Click on the JPI logo (duke) to launch JPI1.3

4. Nothing happens -> JPI does not launch.
