KeyPressed and KeyTyped events are no generated for "Ctrl + Space"
on Chinese NT4.0, but the corresponding "Ctrl+Space" KeyReleased
event is generated in Java event loop. [xueming.shen@eng 11/11/99]
In Kestrel Build FCS M, the IM test tool changed accroding to CCC decesion.
WuBi IM can not compose Chinese charactes on Windows NT(zh), but it
can compose on Solaris and Windows 98/95.
To reproduce, run IMF test tool and run SPI308
