For FCS-O, in Windows 2000 server(Beta3 Chinese version), all Input Method
(including host IM, City IM and other java IM) can not be activated by Ctrl+space in SPI test case.

In awt.TextField and awt.TextArea, host IM can be activated, But in Swing 'editable' component, host IM can not be activated.

I wonder if this is a Windows 2000 problem, if you have Windows 2000 RC2 version
please double check it.
