Kestrel Fcs_P build on Win32

Image position in an Applet is changed after reloading.
(ex. Chemical 3D Demo , GraphLayout)

The configration on which this phenomenon is produced are;

IE4.0/Win95
IE4.0/WinNT SP4
IE5.0/WinNT SP5
IE5.0/Win2K

This phenomenon does not occur on IE5.0 on Win98 2nd edition.


To reproduce,

1. Install JRE.
2. Start up IE.
3. Go to the page below;
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin1/ws/demos/1.2.1/applets.html
and click 3D Chemical Models or GraphLayout.
It can work at the first time.

4. Click Reload Button of IE.

Then, Image position is changed.
Once this phenomenon occurs, this is kept until closing IE.
