On IE/Win32 by Kestrel Fcs_P
image size is changed after reloading---not the size of an applet's size,
defined in an attribute of applet tag (WIDTH and HEIGHT).

Relative Dimention is failed after reloading.

This phenomenon is produced on
IE4.0/WinNT SP4
IE5.0/WinNT SP5
IE5.0/Win2K
IE4.0/Win95

IE5.0 on Win98 this is not produced.

To reproduce,

1. Install JRE.
2. Start up IE4.0 or 5.0.
3. Go to the page
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_Relative.html
and click one of the test case of Relative Dimension.

At the first time image size is as same as an applet's size.

4. Click the reload button or another test case.
Then, the applet's size is changed and not the correct size
as defined in a tag.

The incorrect size seems to be always same and the applet is displayed
as a square from the top left corner.
