Configuration: Windows with Internet Explorer 5

To reproduce:
1. install FCS P build (http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin2/kestrel/FCS/win32.p/)
2. open internet explorer and launch the tests from:

http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_Relative.html

for test3, when the dimensions are shrunk to 50%, 50%, instead of the crystal cube shrinking its size along with the dimension, only part of the crystal cube is displayed.

Same rsults are observed for test 4 and 5. The same tests run fine on Netscape.
