Configuration: Windows with Internet Explorer 5

To reproduce:
1. install FCS P build (http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin2/kestrel/FCS/win32.p/)
2. open internet explorer and launch the tests from:

http://webwork.eng.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/demos/applets.html


Some of the following applets are misaligned when invoked. (i.e. instead of displaying the grahics in the center, the graphics will be displayed in the lower right corner or upper left corner. The graphLayout test are reproducible most of the times, the 3D Chemical Models example 1 and 2 are reproducible sometimes ~30-50% of the times)

1. The GraphLayout test: it's displayed in the upper left corner initial as oppose to in the center
Same rsults are observed for 3D Chemical examples 1-2 sometimes. The same tests run fine on Netscape.
