By kestrel Fcs_R on win95(ja), Animator demo causes IE4.0(ja) crash

To reproduce,

1. Install JRE
2. Go to http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin1/ws/demos/1.2.1/applets.html
3. Click Animator example1.html ( or example2.html, example3.html, example4.html)
4. You can see browse crashes

Investigated with Jerome(plug-in engr.) and found it was due to
non-clear registor of plug-in. After did clear installation, this bug
just disappered.
