Start the Java Plug-In on a german system.

The second tab (called "Erweitert") has a labeled border called "Einstellungen
f?r Fehlersuche". In this area there is a checkbox "Fehlersuche aktivieren"
followed by a label named "Anschlu? f?r Fehlersuche". Behind that label there
should be an input field. The texts seem to be too long to fit all this into
one line. Because of this the input field is moved to the line below by the
layout manager but does not have enough room to be completely shown. Basically
you can see the top three or four pixels of that input field (drawn over the
border line).

Thus it's impossible to enter anything in that field.
