I just installed Java2 SE SDK 1.3 RC1 on my german Windows NT 4.0.

Opening the Java Plug-In Control Panel ("Java(TM) Plug-In-Eingenschaften" as it
calls itself) gives a nice localized dialog.

Unfortunately some input fields are still unusablewith the german localization:
The edit field for the debug port on the advanced tab is barely visible.
Viewing or editing the contents of this field is impossible.

I can send you a screenshot of the dialog if you need one.
