With JDK1.3 under winNT 4.0 sp5(Traditional Chinese version), I simply type:
Java --help <enter>
or
Javac --help <enter>
to see the brief help. But the output Chinese are NOT shown correctly. Some of
them turn to be "?????" codes.
Besides, to open the "Java Plug-in" from the "control-panel", the same thing
happens. All the GUI characters are random codes that I cannot figure out.
