To reproduce:
- From control panel->regional options on Win2k, select locale = japanes and input locale = japanese.
- run Font2DTest demo on Win2k.
- input some kanji by IME and enter them into the TextArea, which is on the right hand side of the application.
- you will see kanji become ?? in the TextArea.
