Invoking ORB.string_to_object using a URL with a nonempty keystring
on a CORBA client application causes the tnameserv to throw an OutOfMemoryError.
Merlin and other CORBA clients that try to use URLs as defined
in the INS will hang when they try to communicate with the Kestrel tnameserv.
This should be fixed for Ladybird.
