A right-to-left JToolbar using the windows laf fails to draw its grab bar on the right edge of the toolbar. The grab bar is the little vertical bar that is drawn on the far left edge of the toolbar in left-to-right mode.

To reproduce, run the regression test in test/javax/swing/JToolbar/RightToLeftOrientation
