Under these OS's Stylepad fails to apply the keymap selected
from "DEBUG" Menu, weather it is Arabic, Hebrew or English.

To reproduce bug:

1- Goto ../jdk1.4.0/demo/jfc/Stylepad
2- Do "java -jar Stylepad.jar"
3- Goto "Debug" Menu and choose "Arabic keymap" or "Hebrew keymap"
4- Goto "Font" menu and choose any of the available fonts
4- Try typing chars "Arabic" or "Hebrew" depending on your lang choice
5- Note that English only chars are typed
